The client must:
Write correctly
the address to where the purchase must be sent, carefully
avoiding mistakes. Soycubano.com will not be responsible of
losses due to wrong addresses. In these cases, once the package
will be returned, we can send you again, but the customer
must pay, again, mail fares.
Sign the
delivery tag which will be produced when receiving the merchandise
in order to verify it arrived harlmessly.
Soycubano liabilities:
To have
a detailed inventory of all available merchandise.
Prepare your request and deliver it to the distributor in less of 72 hours.
Accept
claims made by customers who have not received the
request after the established
period of time for any shipping service.
Shipping made through Express Service: maximum delivering period up to 12 working days since the purchasing date.
Shipping made through International Postal Mail: maximum delivering period
up to 45 days after the purchasing date.
In both
cases, after the established delivering period you may request to ventas.libros@soycubano.com a new shipping, with no charge or the refund of your money.
Send
a new shipping to the customer, with no charge, in order
to replace the requested merchandise and the one which may
be damaged or broken.
However
the aforementioned, Soycubano.com is willingly ready to
settle, friendly and satisfactorily, for both parties, any
unpredicted situation. We will appreciate any help or suggestion
to improve our service.
