To easy your buying the Books and Magazines Shop offers to you:

For Books
A search by Title or Author providing all available titles according to the seraching criteria.
A first thematic classification by Department generating a second classification under the title of Category. By the selection of the Category you will obtain the relation of books titles classified under it.
A searching by Editorial will help you to know the titles production from the Record Labels and in case you were interested in a wholesale, this option will allow you to do it.
A searching by Language will allow you to find material edited according to the selected language.

To receive more information about the book you are interested in, click over the image and a larger image will appear with the following information: Title, Author(s), Price, Preface, Editorial, Year, Edition, Language, Format and a description of the book.

For Magazines
A searching by Title of the serial publication. Select from the list that is populated one of the magazines from the catalog and you will accede to the available issues of this magazine.

After clicking the selected issue, a larger information will appear: Title, Price, Institution, Publishing House, Periodicity, Issue, Format, ISSN, brief description of the content and the list of articles and their corresponding authors.

Shopping Cart
You may check your Shopping Cart anytime you wish and perform anyone of the following actions:
Keep on navigating through the shop to select other books or magazines, by pressing the button "Back to Shop/Comprar más" .
Change the quantity of units chosen from an item, for which you must substitute the number in the box "Qty./Cant." for the one you wish, and then press the button "Actualizar/ Update". If you wish to completely eliminate an item from your Shopping Cart, just take out the check mark in the box "Confirmar/Confirm" and then press the button "Actualizar/Update"
To Fully cancel the order, just press button "Cancelar orden/Cancel Order"
To start the payment process, you must press button "Ir a pagar/Go to Pay"

Shipping
Books and Magazines Shop is offering the choice of sending your request to the address you write in the form during the purchasing process, which could differ from the address appearing on your credit card. Together with the address we need a phone number to contact the customer which is indispensable for the shipping of the merchandise.

To carry out the shipping of your request, you can choose the sending through the Express Service (DHL or COPA COURIER) and International Postal Mail. It`s important to know that if you are making a purchase of diverse items to be sent to the same address is possible to receive the merchandise in two separated packages. This process is made with no extra-charge in case it may be required.

Delivering through Express Service: We have very competitive rates for this choice, so we recommend you to compare and analize how much will you pay via International Postal Mail and how much if use Service Express.

DHL and Copa Courier services are used in this type of express delivering. DHL is used for the world territory except for USA, which is covered by Copa Courier.

This express service is offering all guarantees including a faster delivering. The maximum delivering period is up to 12 working days since the purchasing date; after this time you have the right to ask to ventas.libros@soycubano.com a new shipping or the refund of your money with no charge.

Delivering via International Postal Mail: Sending is certified with acknowledged receipt.
shipping through this procedure can take up tom 45 days, since the purchasing date. After this period of time, if you have not received the merchandise, you have the right to ask to ventas.libros@soycubano.com for a new shipping process, free of charges, or the total refund of your money.

SOYCUBANO is not responsible for the expenses regarding to tariffs belonging to each country at the moment of receiving the merchandise, in case it may occur.



Returns and Replace Policy
In case you have not yet received your order after the established period for each shipping modality (International Postal Mail or Express Service), mail to ventas.libros@soycubano.com and we will send you a new shipping with no cost at all.

Customer should request via email the cancelling of your order and the refund of your money provided that it has not yet entered the dispatching or shipping process.

If you receive a damaged item with responsibility on SOYCUBANO, we will replace it with no charge at all. For this procedure you must claim within the first 7 days after you receive the merchandise and this item must be returned to SOYCUBANO.COM
